She jumped down from the roof, her body tense, ready to run if she needed. Scents and smells hit her like a choking wave. She stumbled backwards with the force of it. There was anger, pain, fear, merciless glee. Macavity alright. She shivered with horrified delight. She was scared, but happy to be scared. She wanted to find out more, wanted to know if the stories were really true. She looked around. There was a small tunnel in the dead end of the alley. She shivered again and started slowly towards it...
